Jon Ramirez, a semi-Colorado Native with 20 years of experience in the construction industry – including home remodeling, repairs, maintenance, property management of multi-family units, and some real estate experience – has established Home Inspections by Paseos Residential, named after his hometown childhood neighborhood. Jon joined InterNachi in 2020 and is recognized as a Certified Professional Inspector.
Our mission here at Home Inspections by Paseos Residential is to help new and/or seasoned home buyers and sellers, as well as investors and landlords, make an informed decision when it comes to buying a house. We will be available to answer any questions or concerns regarding your house – even after the transaction is completed and you are all moved in. YOUR peace of mind is ours!
